Basic information to include on your ticket for quick resolution:
- Hosting Account Username if you are a customer.
- Relevant package and/or domain.
- Relevant title. ( URGENT help needed - is an example of a bad title)
- If you are talking about an error: include the error message and how you got it.
- Don't forget to actually tell us what you want done.
We normally answer all inquiries within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
